After graduating with a Civil Engineering degree from BITS, Pilani, I spent 3.5 years working in the software industry. However, I wasn't happy, so I decided to follow my passion: music. I became a professional drummer and even helped set up and manage BLUR at Sathyam Cinemas.
But then, an alarming blood report made me realize that I needed to revamp my lifestyle. This experience ignited my passion for health and fitness and inspired me to become a sports nutritionist and strength coach.
As the co-founder of The Formula - Lifestyle Clinic, it has been a privilege for me to have helped hundreds of people develop their full potential and transform their lives by developing healthy habits that stick.
